Cable tray tee – solid branching of the installation

This tee, also known as a T-connector, is a key component for building efficient and expanded cable management systems. Designed for cable trays with a width of 500 mm and a height of 35 mm, it allows for the creation of T-shaped branches, significantly increasing the flexibility of the installation. Made of steel with a galvanized surface, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance – particularly important in demanding industrial and commercial conditions.

Design and application

This tee is an integrated connector, meaning installation is simple and quick. This allows installers to efficiently carry out projects without unnecessary delays. The inner radius of 100 mm ensures a smooth cable run without excessive stress. It is an ideal solution for both new installations and modernization of existing systems. Primarily used with cable trays with a width of 500 mm, it allows for precise adaptation of the system to specific project needs.

Installation and compatibility

The tee is mounted using an NSM 6X10 screw (available separately). If an uneven branch is required, it is recommended to use a horizontal branch OH or a universal connector SU – this provides additional flexibility in designing complex cable routes. Galvanic surface coating provides protection against corrosion, as well as good adhesion for any paint coatings. It is important to choose the appropriate type of tee (S or F) depending on the required zinc layer thickness and environmental conditions. Model S is characterized by a zinc layer of 13-27 µm.
