Connection kit for flue shaft DN 80/125 air-gas

The kit consists of a connection elbow with an adapter matched to the De Dietrich MCR boiler, one pipe 250 mm long, and a complete set of gaskets. The entire assembly is made from stainless steel sheet, grade 1.4404 – a material resistant to corrosion caused by acidic condensates formed in condensing boilers. This is not just stainless steel, but a specially selected alloy that prevents degradation of components under humid and aggressive conditions.

Installation is simple: components are joined using socket connections with gaskets, ensuring tightness without the need for additional sealing agents. The internal surface is smooth – this reduces flue gas flow resistance and limits the accumulation of soot or other deposits, facilitating long-term maintenance of system efficiency.

The kit is intended for installation in existing flue shafts – even those contaminated with soot – as well as for new installations. It operates correctly in both condensing and turbo boilers, provided they are equipped with a standard 80/125 adapter. No modification of the flue shaft is required, and its configuration allows flexible adaptation to local installation conditions.

The CE certificate confirms compliance with applicable safety and performance standards for flue systems. All components are welded using plasma welding – ensuring the durability of joints during cyclic heating and cooling.
