Cast Iron Manhole Cover – A Solid Solution for Infrastructure

This round cast iron manhole cover CO600 with a height of 115 mm and a load class of C250 (25 tons) is a reliable infrastructure element designed for use in areas exposed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Made of durable cast iron, it provides durability and resistance to damage. The raw finish (unpainted) makes it ready for integration with the surroundings or further processing.

Durability and Safety of Use

This manhole cover has been designed with safety and long-term use in mind. The load class C250, in accordance with EN-1433 standard, guarantees resistance to loads of up to 25 tons. The design of the manhole cover, including positioners, prevents the cover from rotating in the frame, which increases safety. It is intended for installation in areas such as curbs – in accordance with PN-EN 124-2 Group 3 class C250 – where it can be placed a maximum of 0.5 m from the curb wall in the direction of vehicle traffic and 0.2 m in the pedestrian zone.

Easy Installation and Adaptation

The design of the manhole cover body has been designed to allow easy paving with paving stones, allowing for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings. Additionally, it is possible to place a customer's pattern (logo) on the cover, allowing for product personalization. As standard, the manhole cover has plugs in the mounting holes in case there is no need to use bolts. This is a practical solution for installers and end-users who appreciate the versatility of the product.
