Round concrete manhole cover – a durable and safe solution for infrastructure

This round concrete manhole cover with a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 115 mm is designed for use in areas with a load capacity of up to 250 kN (class C250). Made of concrete, with a damping insert, it is a solid and reliable element of road and sewer infrastructure. Its raw finish (unpainted) allows it to be adapted to the surroundings or painted later.

Application and construction

This manhole cover, in accordance with PN-EN 124-2, is used in areas near curbs, where it can be placed a maximum of 0.5 m from the curb wall in the traffic lane or 0.2 m in the pedestrian path. The manhole cover design is intended for easy paving with paving stones, allowing it to be aesthetically integrated into the surroundings. The manhole cover has positioners to prevent rotation, which increases safety. Additionally, the manhole cover is equipped with a damping insert that reduces noise when vehicles pass over it. In the version without locks, the opening is secured with a plastic plug.
