Round concrete manhole cover – a solid solution for urban infrastructure

This round concrete manhole cover with a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 150 mm is designed for installation in areas exposed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic, such as sidewalks, squares or parking lots. It meets the PN-EN 124-2 standard and is classified as group 3 and class C250, which guarantees its durability and safety. The manhole cover design is intended for easy integration into the surroundings – the body is adapted for paving with paving stones.

Durability and safety

The manhole cover is made of high-quality concrete, which ensures its durability and resistance to weather conditions. Load class C250 means that the manhole cover can withstand a load of up to 25 tons – this is crucial in places with high traffic. Additionally, the manhole cover has a damping insert that reduces noise during vehicle passage and a locking mechanism that protects against unauthorized access and theft. The cover filled with C35/45 concrete class with +R additive provides resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. Positioners in the cover prevent it from rotating in the body, increasing the stability of the structure.

Functionality and installation

The manhole cover is delivered in a raw state (unpainted), which allows it to be adapted to the aesthetics of the surroundings or painted in any color. The possibility of placing a customer's design (logo) on the cover is an additional advantage for companies and institutions that care about their image. In the version without locks, the opening is secured with a plastic plug. Installation of the manhole cover is simple and intuitive, and its solid construction guarantees long-term use without the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
