Concrete access cover for outdoor applications

This round, concrete access cover with a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 150 mm is designed for installation in areas exposed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic, such as sidewalks, squares, or parking lots. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 124-2 standard, class C250, which guarantees its durability and safety. The cover's design is intended for easy integration into the surroundings – the body is adapted for paving with paving stones.

Construction and properties

The access cover is made of high-quality concrete, ensuring its durability and resistance to weather conditions. The cover is filled with C35/45 concrete class with the addition of frost-resistant additives (+R), which increases its resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. Equipped with a damping insert, it reduces noise during vehicle passage or walking on it. It has positioners to prevent the cover from rotating in the body. The raw (unpainted) version allows you to match the appearance of the cover to the surroundings or paint it any color. In the version without latches, the opening is secured with a plastic plug.
