Telescopic cast iron manhole cover – a solid and safe solution for manholes

This square telescopic manhole cover, measuring 325x325 mm, made of durable cast iron, is a reliable finish for sewer and water manholes. Designed for a load class of D400 (40 tons), it ensures safety for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The bolted construction, combined with a d315 pipe 500 mm long, simplifies installation and provides stability. The manhole cover is painted, which further protects it against corrosion and weathering.

The manhole cover meets the requirements of PN-EN 124-2:2015-07 standard for manhole covers made of cast iron. Its construction guarantees high load-bearing capacity (400 kN) and minimal permanent deformation (≤0.2 mm). The cover is secured against unauthorized opening by locking and additional Allen screws. The pipe is beveled, which facilitates connection with other elements of the sewage system. The bolted construction allows for quick and safe installation and removal of the manhole cover if necessary. The absence of a flange requires the use of appropriate sealing during installation.
