The square telescopic cast iron manhole cover with dimensions 325×325 mm serves as a reliable termination for inspection chambers in urban infrastructure. The B125 (12.5T) class product, made of grey cast iron, provides a high load capacity of 125 kN with permanent deformation not exceeding ≤0.2 mm, guaranteeing safety of use in areas with intensive pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

The telescopic construction with a DN315 L=500mm pipe allows for flexible adjustment to various shaft depths. The cover, equipped with precision positioners and additionally secured with two Allen screws, ensures stable fastening and easy service access. The pipe, mounted on three screws with a chamfered edge, guarantees a leak-proof connection.

Application and Compatibility

In accordance with the PN-EN 124-2:2015-07 standard, the product is intended for installation in pedestrian areas, parking lots, and passenger car parking areas. The square connection shape facilitates integration with various types of surfaces - from sidewalks and playgrounds to industrial areas.

The screw-down version eliminates the risk of accidental cover lifting by unauthorized persons, while simultaneously allowing for quick service access. Standard anti-corrosion painting protects the structure from atmospheric conditions for many years of operation.

The device meets the highest safety standards - fire reaction class A1, body load-bearing surface Pb ≤7.5 N/mm², and cover safety mass of 130 kg/m². The design takes into account child safety requirements through the appropriate mass and method of fastening the cover.

Slip resistance is provided by a special surface with embossed patterns, which minimizes the risk of tripping, especially in wet or icy conditions. The product's durability is confirmed by load tests and full compliance with all declared performance parameters.

The product has full technical documentation according to Polish building regulations - National Declaration of Performance No. 5.2.4/25. Certification conducted by an accredited certification body (PCA - AC 030) confirms all declared technical parameters via Certificate No. 030-UWB-013/23.
