This round cast iron access cover DO600 with a height of 115 mm, D400 class, is a robust solution for use in high-traffic areas. Made of gray cast iron, it provides reliability and durability, even under loads of up to 40 tons. The cover is ventilated and supplied in a raw state (unpainted), allowing it to be adapted to the surroundings or protected against corrosion according to individual needs.

Intended Use and Applications

The access cover is designed in accordance with PN-EN 124-2 and intended for installation in road pavements (including pedestrian and vehicle areas), on hardened shoulders, and in parking lots. It is suitable for anywhere requiring high strength and load resistance. The cover design also allows it to be paved with paving stones, facilitating integration with the environment.

Design and Characteristics

The cover features special positioners that prevent it from rotating in the frame, ensuring stability and safety. The cast iron construction guarantees corrosion and mechanical damage resistance. The possibility of placing a customer's design (logo) on the cover allows for product personalization. The cover is adapted for heavy traffic after locking (option available in other variants).
