Cast iron access cover for D400 load – durability and safety

This round cast iron access cover, with a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 160 mm, is designed for intensive use in areas exposed to vehicle traffic – both passenger and heavy goods vehicles. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 124-2 and is classified as group 4, class D400, which means it can withstand a load of up to 40 tons. Made of cast iron, it guarantees long-lasting reliability and corrosion resistance.

This access cover is self-leveling, meaning it perfectly adapts to the surroundings, creating a uniform surface with the road surface. This solution minimizes the risk of damage and ensures driving comfort. Additionally, it is equipped with a noise-reducing insert that reduces noise generated by passing vehicles. The unpainted (raw) surface of the cover provides a natural look and eliminates the risk of paint chipping.
