Universal PoE+ switch for demanding installations

The RSFE-24P-2C-360 switch is a solid and functional device that can be used in both home and professional networks. It provides reliable operation and simplifies the installation of monitoring, alarm, access control and IP networks. Thanks to the PoE+ function, it allows you to power end devices directly via the Ethernet cable, eliminating the need for additional power supplies and sockets. This saves time, costs and space – especially in distributed networks without easy access to power sources.

Power and connection flexibility

The switch offers 28 ports: 24 Fast Ethernet ports with PoE+ support and 2 Combo Gigabit (Uplink) ports. The total PoE power budget is 360W, which allows you to connect many devices simultaneously – even 24 in the IEEE 802.3af standard (up to 15W per port) or 12 in the IEEE 802.3at standard (up to 30W per port). Two Uplink ports allow for fast data exchange with external devices, e.g. a recorder in a monitoring system or a server in a corporate network. Additionally, the Extend function allows data and PoE+ power transmission at a distance of up to 250 meters with simultaneous PoE port separation (VLAN), which is particularly useful in extensive monitoring installations.

Safety and reliability

The RSFE-24P-2C-360 is equipped with surge protection up to 6kV, protecting devices from damage caused by lightning strikes or disturbances in the electrical network. The intelligent PoE port disconnection function ensures stable system operation even if the available power budget is exceeded – the switch starts disconnecting ports with the highest number, maintaining the operation of those with lower numbers, which allows you to protect critical devices. The metal housing provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Mounting ears for 19" racks are included in the set, making it easy to integrate the device with the existing network infrastructure.
