Construction and materials ensuring durability
The cable utilizes class 5 copper cores (flexible multi-wire) with a cross-section of 1,5 mm² each, which guarantees excellent electrical conductivity and installation flexibility. PVC insulation and a black PVC outer sheath protect against mechanical damage and environmental conditions.
The construction includes 5 cores with black numbering for easy identification during installation, including a PE protective core for operational safety. An outer diameter of 11,7 mm with a mass of 192 kg/km ensures compact dimensions while maintaining high current performance.
Operating parameters and environmental resistance
The cable operates in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C in fixed installations and from -5°C to +70°C during occasional bending. The rated voltage of 0,6/1 kV allows for the safe power supply of control devices and industrial automation.
A special feature is its UV and weather resistance according to ISO 4892-2 and ozone resistance according to EN 50396, which enables long-term outdoor operation without degradation of parameters. Additionally, the cable exhibits oil resistance, which expands its range of applications in industrial environments.
The minimum bending radius is 46,8 mm for fixed installations and 175,5 mm for mobile applications, ensuring installation flexibility while maintaining structural integrity.
