ÖLFLEX EB CY cable is a screened control cable designed for signal transmission in conditions where protection against electromagnetic interference is required. It is suitable for both industrial installations and applications requiring high connection reliability. Its construction with a braid of tinned copper wires provides effective noise suppression, which is crucial in environments exposed to interference.

Construction and application

This cable is characterized by a stranded construction of copper cores, which provides it with flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC insulation guarantees good electrical insulation and resistance to chemicals. The cable is intended for use in dry and humid rooms, as well as outdoors, provided it is protected from UV radiation. Thanks to its properties, it is ideal for installation in machines and equipment, automation systems, and in the chemical and petrochemical industries. It is particularly recommended for intrinsically safe circuits, where minimizing interference is a priority.
