Construction and properties

This cable has a flexible stranded core with a cross-section of 4 mm², which makes it easier to route even in tight spaces and provides good resistance to bending. PVC insulation guarantees good protection against mechanical damage and the influence of atmospheric factors. The blue color of the insulation makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 4.8 mm, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 19.2 mm - it is worth considering this when designing the cable route.

Application and compliance with standards

The H07V-K cable is intended for use in dry indoor spaces where the ambient temperature is in the range of -30°C to +80°C. It can be used to power electrical appliances, lighting, and as a connecting cable in electrical installations with a rated voltage of up to 750 V (450 V for U0). Fire reaction class Eca provides a basic level of fire safety. The cable meets the requirements of EN 13501-6 standard, although it does not have a classification regarding smoke emission, production of burning droplets/particles, and acidity. Its round shape makes it easier to route in conduits and cable ducts.
