This hands-free unifon is the ideal solution for expanding an existing Urmet 1122/61 intercom system. It enables the addition of another call station, enhancing convenience for residents. The Utopia unifon combines functionality with intuitive operation and offers extensive configuration options.

The Utopia unifon stands out for its versatility—it can be connected in parallel to up to four other unifons (ref. no. 1122/62), making it perfect for larger households. In addition to the standard door release button, it features a secondary functional button that can be programmed to control other devices, such as a gate opener or roller shutter motor. This significantly simplifies integration of the intercom system with home automation.

Configuration is straightforward thanks to selectable call signals via jumper settings. The unit also provides full volume adjustment for the call signal, allowing customization to individual preferences and acoustic conditions in the room. Full-duplex operation ensures natural, lag-free communication.

Installation is quick and easy—designed for surface mounting. The unit operates in two modes: standard (requiring a button press to initiate conversation) and hands-free (speakerphone), increasing usability. Note that the maximum distance between the main panel and the unifon must not exceed 100 meters to ensure stable connection and high audio quality.
