The UBZ-301 universal motor protection module (63-630A) is an advanced device designed for continuous monitoring of the operating status of asynchronous motors. • Internal motor damage: phase current asymmetry indicating problems with insulation or windings.
• Lack of torque on the motor shaft ("dry running"): particularly important for pumps.
• Low insulation level: control before starting prevents damage caused by leakage currents to the housing.
• Stator winding short circuit to earth: protection against dangerous leakage currents to earth.

The module controls the contactor coil, disconnecting the faulty motor from the network or blocking its start-up, ensuring safety and minimizing losses.
