Galvanized cable tray – solid protection and easy installation

The RKSM 60/100/1.0 cable tray, 3 meters long, is an element of a cable routing system designed for safe and organized routing of electrical cables. Made of hot-dip galvanized steel, it provides high corrosion resistance and harsh environmental conditions. Side and bottom perforation facilitates the installation of additional accessories and mounting the tray to the building structure.

The tray is characterized by an integrated quick-mounting system, which significantly speeds up the installation process. The usable length of the tray is 3000 mm, and its dimensions (60 mm high and 100 mm wide) allow it to be adapted to various installation needs. A useful cross-section of 5800 mm² allows for routing a large number of cables.

Operating parameters and safety

The tray's construction has been tested in accordance with IEC 61537, which guarantees its safety and reliability. The safe working load depends on the support spacing – with a spacing of 1.0 m it is as high as 1200 N/m, and with a spacing of 2.5 m – 400 N/m. This makes the tray able to withstand significant mechanical loads. Additionally, it has a system for maintaining functionality during a fire (E30, E90), which increases the safety of the installation in the event of a fire hazard.

The material thickness (1 mm) and solid construction ensure durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Side perforation with dimensions of 7 x 20 mm allows for easy mounting of additional connection elements, and perforation for hanging threaded rod (diameter 11 mm) facilitates mounting the tray to the ceiling or other structural elements. The weight of the tray is approximately 1.97 kg/m, which facilitates transport and installation.
