Cable tray – a solid foundation for installation

The RKSM 60/300/1.0 cable tray, 3 meters long, is an element of cable routing systems, designed for safe and organized routing of electrical cables. Made of galvanized steel, it provides durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage, which is particularly important in demanding industrial and construction conditions. The integrated quick-mounting system significantly speeds up installation, and the side perforation facilitates the connection of additional elements.

Construction and user parameters

The RKSM tray is characterized by a useful cross-section of 17800 mm², which allows for the free routing of a large number of cables. The height of 60 mm and the width of 300 mm provide adequate space for electrical installations of various sizes. The material thickness (1 mm) guarantees the strength and rigidity of the structure. Side perforation (7 x 20 mm) enables easy mounting of accessories such as brackets and connectors. Perforation in the bottom part facilitates direct suspension of an 11 mm diameter threaded rod.

Safety and application

The tray has been designed with installation safety in mind. It has an E30/E90 fire resistance system, which means that it maintains its structural integrity for a specified time in the event of a fire. It meets the requirements of IEC 61537 standard, and the declared working loads (400 N/m at a support spacing of 2.5 m, 1200 N/m at a spacing of 1 m, 600 N/m at a spacing of 2 m and 900 N/m at a spacing of 1.5 m) confirm its strength and reliability.
