This cable tray, made of stainless steel, is a reliable element of the cable management system. It is ideal for both industrial and commercial installations where high corrosion resistance and mechanical load capacity are required. The construction based on the G profile ensures stability and ease of installation.

The tray is characterized by a high load-bearing capacity, confirmed by tests in accordance with the IEC 61537 standard (Type II). The ability to adjust the support spacing (from 1 to 2.5 m) allows for optimal use of space and adaptation to the specifics of the installation. The strength of the tray at different support spacings is: 600 N/m at 1.0 m, 350 N/m at 1.5 m, 300 N/m at 2.0 m and 250 N/m at 2.5 m. The useful cross-section of 6100 mm² allows for the free routing of a large number of cables.

Construction and installation

The tray has an integrated connector, which simplifies and speeds up installation, eliminating the need for additional fasteners. Made of high-quality stainless steel 304 (1.4301) in a raw state, it guarantees long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. Longitudinal and transverse wires with a diameter of 3.9 mm provide adequate structural rigidity. The weight of the tray is approximately 1.08 kg per meter of length, which facilitates transport and installation.
