The GRM 35/50 wire mesh tray, 3 meters long, is a component of a supporting system designed for safe and aesthetic routing of electrical wires and cables. Made of stainless steel, it provides durability and corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor applications. The tray's construction, based on a U-profile with 50 x 100 mm eyes (except for GRM 55/50 where the eyes are 20 x 100 mm), provides easy access to cables and allows for convenient laying.

Construction and characteristic features

The GRM 35/50 tray is characterized by an integrated connector, which simplifies and speeds up installation. This eliminates the need for additional fasteners, which translates into time and cost savings. Made of stainless steel grade 304 (1.4301) with a wire thickness of 3.9 mm, it guarantees high mechanical strength and resistance to loads. The useful cross-section of the tray is 940 mm², allowing for the free routing of a larger number of cables. The weight of the tray is 0.45 kg/m, which facilitates its transport and installation.

Application and safety

The GRM 35/50 wire mesh tray is widely used in electrical installations of public buildings, industrial facilities and residential buildings. The possibility of support spacing in the range of 1 to 2 meters allows the system to be adapted to specific mounting conditions. Safe working load, depending on the support spacing (250 N/m for 1 m spacing, 110 N/m for 1.5 m spacing and 100 N/m for 2 m spacing), ensures stability and safety of the installation. The tray meets the requirements of IEC 61537 Type II standard, which confirms its high quality and reliability. The raw surface finish allows for painting or coating the tray to match the surroundings or increase resistance to external factors.
