The WKLG 110/200/2.0 cable ladder, 6 meters long, is a reliable solution for routing cable runs in electrical installations. Made of galvanized steel, it provides durable corrosion protection, making it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors. Side perforation facilitates the mounting of accessories and provides additional structural stability.

Design and application

The WKLG ladder is characterized by a wide rung spacing (200 mm) and a side height of 110 mm. This combination of dimensions allows for efficient placement of cables of various diameters, ensuring optimal ventilation and minimizing the risk of overheating. The perforated steel rung profile provides a secure grip and additional mounting points for accessories. The ladder design allows for flexible adaptation to the specifics of the installation – the possible support spacing is from 3 to 7 meters.

Strength and safety

The WKLG cable ladder has been designed with safety and reliability in mind. Its construction withstands significant working loads, which vary depending on the support spacing: at 3.0 m spacing, the load is 2500 N/m, at 4.0 m – 1600 N/m, at 5.0 m – 1100 N/m, at 6.0 m – 800 N/m, and at 7.0 m – 400 N/m. The useful cross-section of the ladder is as much as 18600 mm², which guarantees a large space for cables. The weight of the ladder is 5.6 kg/m – an important parameter when planning installation and transport. Galvanic zinc coating protects the steel against the effects of atmospheric factors and corrosion, extending the product's lifespan.
