The WKLG 110/400/2.0 6M cable ladder is a reliable solution for routing cable runs in electrical installations. It is characterized by a wide support spacing, which allows reducing the number of mounting points and speeds up installation. Made of galvanized steel, it provides long-lasting protection against corrosion, even in harsh environmental conditions. Construction and operating parameters

The WKLG 110 FS ladder is designed for professional installations. Its useful cross-section with an area of 37600 mm² enables efficient routing of a large number of cables. Thanks to the possibility of support spacing in the range of 3 to 7 meters, the ladder is universal and adapts to various installation configurations. The side height (110 mm) and width (400 mm) provide adequate space for cables of different diameters. The ladder weight is 6.06 kg/m, which facilitates transport and installation.

Safety and loads

Safety is a key aspect in every electrical installation. The WKLG 1140 FS ladder has been tested for working loads in accordance with IEC 61537. The permissible working load varies depending on the support spacing: at 3.0 m spacing it is 2900 N/m, at 4.0 m – 2100 N/m, at 5.0 m – 1500 N/m, at 6.0 m – 1000 N/m, and at 7.0 m – 700 N/m. These values guarantee the stability and safety of the installation even under heavy cable load. Additionally, side perforation facilitates proper cable routing and minimizes the risk of damage. Galvanic zinc coating protects the structure against external factors, which translates into long life and reliability of the system.
