The Aluflex duct is a flexible conduit made of aluminum tape, ideal for creating ventilation, heat recovery, and hot air distribution systems. Its construction allows for easy adaptation to complex layouts, and its durability ensures long-term use. The duct is particularly useful in situations where flexibility and the ability to bend without loss of throughput are required.

Construction and application

The Aluflex duct is created by spirally winding aluminum tape, joined by a special interlocking system. This technology ensures tightness and dimensional stability. Available in a diameter of 100mm, it is offered in commercial lengths of 3m, although it is compressed to approximately 1m during production – which facilitates transport and storage. The thickness of the aluminum tape is 0.1mm (for diameters up to 200mm), which guarantees adequate mechanical strength.
