Flexible aluminum duct for ventilation and air distribution

The Aluflex duct is a flexible conduit made of aluminum tape, ideal for creating ventilation, air conditioning, and hot air distribution systems – for example, from fireplaces. Its construction based on spirally winding aluminum tape connected with a triple lock provides durability and ease of installation. Thanks to its flexibility, the duct easily adapts to complex routes and allows for installations in hard-to-reach places. During production, it is compressed to approximately 1 meter, which facilitates transport and storage, and after unpacking, it returns to its full commercial length – 3 meters.

Construction and application

The Aluflex duct is made of high-quality aluminum tape with a thickness of 0.1 mm (for diameters up to 200 mm) or 0.12 mm (for diameters above 200 mm). This thickness provides adequate stiffness and resistance to mechanical damage. The conduit is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -30°C to +250°C, which makes it a universal solution for both internal and external installations. The minimum bending radius is one and a half times the diameter of the duct, allowing it to be routed freely even in tight spaces.
