Flexible aluminum duct for ventilation and heating systems

Aluflex duct with a diameter of 80mm and a length of 3 meters is a versatile solution for building efficient air distribution systems – both warm and ventilation. Made of high-quality aluminum tape, it provides durability and resistance to harsh working conditions. Construction and properties

The Aluflex duct is created by spirally winding aluminum tape, joined by a special triple interlocking system. This technology ensures the tightness and strength of the connections. The thickness of the aluminum tape is adapted to the diameter of the duct – 0.1mm for diameters up to 200mm and 0.12mm for larger diameters. This allows maintaining optimal flexibility while ensuring adequate structural rigidity. The duct is characterized by high temperature resistance – from -30°C to +250°C – making it ideal for use in heating systems. The minimum bending radius is one and a half times the duct diameter, providing a great deal of freedom in installation design.
