Aggressor SDS Plus concrete drill bit 8x260x200mm RT-SDSA-8/260

Professional hammer drill bit for demanding materials

The Aggressor SDS Plus drill bit with a diameter of 8 mm and a total length of 260 mm (working length 200 mm) has been designed for professionals working with SDS Plus rotary hammers. Made of 34CrNiMo6 steel, subjected to heat treatment achieving a hardness of 52 HRC.

Construction and materials ensuring maximum efficiency

The drill core is made of 34CrNiMo6 steel. Heat treatment increases the material hardness to 52 HRC.

A key design element is the tungsten carbide (widia) tip embedded at an angle of 160°. The deep embedding of the tip strengthens the connection with the shank, eliminating the risk of loosening or breaking off during operation.

Precision manufacturing and certified quality

The centering point located on the tip of the drill allows for immediate drilling without the risk of slipping on the material surface.

Aggressive spiral flutes are designed to improve the removal of debris from the cutting area. The SicherSafe certificate guarantees the cylindricity and axiality of the drilled holes.

Application and compatibility

The drill bit is intended for drilling holes in plain and reinforced concrete, solid and hollow brick, natural stone (after prior testing), and aerated concrete. The SDS Plus shank design ensures quick mounting and dismounting of the tool and optimal transfer of impact energy from the rotary hammer.

Before starting work, the drill bit must be mounted in the SDS Plus rotary hammer until a characteristic click is heard. During drilling, a moderate, constant pressure should be maintained, adjusted to the type of material being processed - greater for concrete, less for brick or aerated concrete.

After completing the work, the flutes should be cleaned of debris residue, and the tool should be stored in a dry place to maintain its functionality over a long period of use.
