Aggressor SDS Plus concrete drill bit 10x160x100mm RT-SDSA-10/160
Professional hammer drill bit for demanding materials
The Aggressor SDS Plus drill bit with a diameter of 10 mm and a total length of 160 mm (working length 100 mm) is a high-end tool designed for fast and precise drilling in concrete and brick. The RT-SDSA‑10/160 model utilizes an SDS Plus shank, which ensures optimal transfer of impact energy from the rotary hammer to the material.
Construction and materials guaranteeing performance
The drill body is made of high-strength 34CrNiMo6 alloy steel, which is characterized by exceptional resistance to wear and mechanical damage. The material has undergone specialized heat treatment, increasing its hardness to 52 HRC - a key parameter for maintaining the sharpness of the cutting edges during long-term operation.
The tool geometry has been designed for maximum efficiency. The centering point allows for an immediate start of work without the risk of slipping on the material surface. A tungsten carbide (widia) tip embedded at an angle of 160° accelerates the cutting process, and its very deep embedding significantly improves the connection to the shank, affecting the overall quality and durability of the tool.
Aggressive flute geometry for optimal debris removal
A distinctive design feature is the aggressive spiral flutes, which not only increase drilling speed but, above all, ensure efficient removal of debris from the cutting area. This feature minimizes the risk of tool overheating and maintains high performance even during prolonged work.
The drill bit confirms its quality with the international SicherSafe certificate, which guarantees exceptionally high quality, cylindricity, and axiality of the drilled holes - parameters crucial for professional construction applications.
Application in various construction materials
The Aggressor SDS Plus 10x160x100mm concrete drill bit is suitable for drilling holes in:
- structural concrete,
- solid brick,
- perforated brick,
- natural stone (after testing),
- aerated concrete.
The recommended pressure during work should be adjusted to the type of material - moderate for solid brick, slightly higher for high-grade concrete. After completing the work, the drill bit should be cleaned of material residue and stored in a dry place to extend the tool's service life.
