The Aggressor SDS Plus drill bit with a diameter of 20 mm and a length of 460 mm (working length 400 mm) is a professional-grade tool designed for installers working with SDS Plus rotary hammers. Made of heat-treated 34CrNiMo6 steel, it achieves a hardness of 52 HRC, guaranteeing optimal resistance when working in concrete and brick.

Construction and materials ensuring performance

The drill core is made of 34CrNiMo6 steel - a high-strength and durable grade that maintains its properties even under intensive use. Heat treatment increases the material hardness to 52 HRC, which translates to wear resistance during contact with hard materials such as concrete or stone.

The centering point allows for a quick start to drilling without the risk of the tool slipping on the material surface. The carbide tip set at an angle of 160° significantly accelerates the working pace, and the very deep seating of the tip greatly improves the connection with the drill shank, contributing to its high quality and service life.

Aggressive flutes and debris removal

Aggressive flutes are a key element of the design - they enable rapid debris removal and increase drilling speed by effectively evacuating dust and material waste. This allows the tool to work more efficiently, and the user does not have to interrupt the drilling process to clean the hole.

Application and compatibility

The tool is adapted for use with rotary hammers equipped with an SDS Plus chuck. It is used for drilling holes in concrete, solid and hollow brick, and natural stone (after prior testing). Additionally, it can be used for aerated concrete.

Mounting is achieved by inserting it into the rotary hammer until the characteristic click of the locking mechanism is heard. During operation, a moderate and constant pressure should be maintained, adjusting the rotation speed to the type of material being processed - higher speeds for softer materials, lower speeds for harder concrete or natural stone.
