The REFIX DD-33 diaphragm expansion vessel is a reliable device that ensures maintaining optimal pressure in water supply systems, pressure boosting systems and hot water systems. Its main task is to compensate for changes in water volume resulting from temperature fluctuations and to compensate for water losses in the system. This ensures stable and efficient operation of the installation, and the risk of damage caused by pressure surges is minimized.

The REFIX DD-33 vessel is particularly recommended for use in conjunction with water heaters, where it allows water saving by reducing the frequency of refilling. Equipped with a stainless steel connection, it meets the high hygiene requirements of DIN 1988, making it an ideal choice for drinking water installations. The included Rp 3/4” tee facilitates installation and integration with the existing system.

Construction and application

The REFIX DD-33 diaphragm vessel is characterized by a solid construction and high quality workmanship. It has a non-removable bag membrane that complies with PN-EN 13831, DIN 4807 part 5, KTW-C and W 270 standards, guaranteeing long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Painting both the external and internal surfaces of the vessel provides additional protection against corrosion and extends its service life.
