This is a diaphragm expansion vessel from REFLEX, model N-100, with a capacity of 100 liters, designed for closed heating and cooling systems. Its function is to stabilize the pressure in the system, compensate for the expansion of the liquid, and protect against excessive pressure. It is a key element ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the installation.

The Reflex N type vessel is characterized by a durable construction and high corrosion resistance. It is made of high-quality materials, which guarantees a long service life and reliability. It has a non-replaceable membrane, compliant with PN-EN 13831, which effectively separates water from gas, preventing oxygen from entering the installation and minimizing the risk of corrosion.

Construction and installation

The REFLEX N-100 vessel has a standing construction on welded legs, which ensures stability and facilitates installation. It has a threaded connection GZ R1", allowing easy connection to the installation. A graphic nameplate and operating instructions facilitate proper use and servicing of the device. Additionally, the vessel is covered by a 5-year warranty from the manufacturer – REFLEX POLSKA SP. Z O.O. SP. K., which confirms its high quality and reliability.

Operating parameters and compliance with standards

The REFLEX N-100 vessel operates with a maximum working pressure of 6 bar and an allowable operating temperature of 70°C (maximum system temperature is 120°C). The initial pressure is 1.5 bar. It meets the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and DIN EN 13831, which guarantees safe use and compliance with applicable regulations.
