Diaphragm expansion vessel – stability and safety of the installation

The REFLEX N-300 diaphragm expansion vessel is a key component of heating and cooling systems, ensuring stable pressure and safety of the entire system. Its task is to compensate for the expansion of liquids and maintain pressure within acceptable limits, which translates into a longer service life of installation components and user comfort. The construction with a non-removable diaphragm minimizes the risk of failure and ensures maintenance-free operation for a long time.

Construction and application

The REFLEX N-300 is characterized by a solid standing construction, which facilitates installation and ensures stability. Made of high-quality materials, coated with gray powder paint, it is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. A GZ R1” threaded connection allows for easy connection to the installation. A capacity of 300 liters makes it an ideal solution for larger heating and cooling systems, both in residential and commercial buildings.

The maximum working pressure is 6 bar with an allowable operating temperature of up to 70°C, and the maximum system temperature is 120°C – these parameters allow for safe use in standard operating conditions. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 13831 and has an approval in accordance with the pressure equipment directive 2014/68/EU, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. The dimensions of the vessel are 1092 mm in height and 634 mm in diameter – it is worth taking them into account when planning the installation.
