Crimping jaws for press fittings

Robust REMS crimping jaws made of special forged steel, designed for reliable and secure crimping of pipes in various systems. The crimping contours are precision-machined in a CNC machining center, ensuring minimal tolerances and high-quality connections. These jaws are compatible with REMS radial presses (except Mini-Press ACC, Mini-Press 22 V ACC and Mini-Press S 22 V ACC models) and presses from other manufacturers.

Application and compatibility

Crimping jaws with V contour 18 mm are used in a wide range of press fitting systems, for both water and gas installations. It is particularly important to use appropriate jaws for gas installations – you can find information in the system manufacturers' tables about which jaws are approved for this type of application. This allows compliance with European standards EN 1775:2007 regarding the installation of press fitting systems for gas.

• V-contour jaws allow for permanent marking of the crimped fitting, enabling retrospective control of the connection's correct execution.
• Wide compatibility with various press fitting systems (AHLSELL A-press copper, BROEN BALLOFIX PRES, SANHA-Press and many others – full list available in the manufacturer's documentation).
• Possibility of use in gas installations (when using appropriate jaws marked in accordance with standards).
