Crimping jaws for installation systems

These crimping jaws, made of forged special steel, are characterized by high strength and precision. They are designed for use with REMS radial presses (except for Mini-Press ACC, Mini-Press 22 V ACC and Mini-Press S 22 V ACC models) and compatible devices from other manufacturers. Their construction ensures reliable and secure crimping of various piping systems.

These jaws are forged from ductile-tough special steel and then appropriately hardened, guaranteeing their durability even under high loads. The crimping contours are unique to each system, ensuring a perfect fit and tight connections. Precise CNC machining and machine rounding minimize manufacturing tolerances, affecting the quality of the crimp.

Versatility and compatibility

M28 jaws are used in a wide range of installations, including heating, water and gas systems. They are compatible with many popular crimping systems available on the market. In addition, some models are equipped with a connector allowing the mounting of a manual radial press drive REMS Eco-Press. It is important to follow the manufacturers' recommendations regarding installation and selection of appropriate jaws. REMS jaws with P, M, V, SA, B, RN and UP contours have markings enabling traceability in accordance with EN 1775:2007 – after crimping, they leave a permanent mark on the fitting, confirming the use of the correct tool.
