Universal crimping jaws for connection systems

REMS V 35 crimping jaws are a reliable tool designed for making crimp connections in various installation systems. They are characterized by high durability and precision, which guarantees safe and tight connections. Application and compatibility

These jaws are compatible with REMS radial presses (except REMS Mini-Press ACC) and appropriate presses from other manufacturers. They find application in many popular crimp mounting systems, such as WAVIN, REITER or TWEETOP. It is particularly important to use them in gas installations – however, it is necessary to use jaws marked in accordance with EN 1775:2007 (identification by a permanent mark on the crimped fitting). This allows the user to check after the crimping process whether the appropriate jaws or ring were used to make the crimp.

REMS V 35 jaws are distinguished by a precisely machined contour using a CNC machining center and machine rounding, which translates into minimal production tolerances. This makes it possible to obtain reliable connections that meet the requirements of individual systems.
