Each crimp takes exactly 3 seconds. No waiting, no redoing — after pressing the button the fitting is already properly secured. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of human error in long production runs.

Live data — paperless and without manual notes

The ROTHENBERGER App collects data from each crimp in real time: force, time, temperature, jaw number. Protocols are generated automatically on site — you don’t have to later transcribe anything into a spreadsheet or system. This is not only convenient, it confirms compliance with installation requirements and audits.

Designed for the installer’s hand

Weighing 2.5 kg over a 34 cm length, the tool doesn’t fatigue the hand even during long periods of use. An optimally balanced center of gravity allows one‑handed operation — without needing to stabilize with the other hand. Example: ceiling or tight‑space installations become feasible without additional support.

Working range — from thin to thick pipes

It crimps fittings up to 35 mm in metal (copper, steel) and up to 40 mm in plastics (PEX-AL-PEX, PE-RT). The set includes four RFz jaws: 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm — a sufficiently wide range for most residential and commercial heating and sanitary installations. The 18 V / 2 Ah Li‑Ion battery provides enough capacity for a typical workday — the EU charger is ready for immediate use in standard sockets.
