No need to wait for the ideal temperature — the tool reacts equally effectively whether at 5 °C on a roof or 55 °C in a climate‑controlled distribution cabinet.

Each crimp cycle lasts exactly 3 seconds. This is not “as fast as possible”, it is 3 seconds — repeatable, precise, without delay. A piston force of 19 kN guarantees that even the most resistant fittings, metal (up to Ø 35 mm) or plastic (up to Ø 40 mm), are permanently secured. Constant Force Technology (CFT) ensures that pressure does not drop during the cycle — there is no “first push” followed by a “weak phase”. One constant force is applied from start to finish.

Live data — paperless and error‑free

You no longer have to note manually whether a fitting was correctly crimped. The ROTHENBERGER App collects real‑time data: cycle time, force, tool temperature — all automatically recorded. The protocol is generated on‑site. This not only saves time after installation but also eliminates the risk of errors during inspection. The installer has proof; the client has documentation; the inspector has confirmation.

Ease of use — even after long hours

Weighing 2.5 kg over a length of 34 cm, the tool is not just “light” — it is balanced. The centre of gravity is designed so the tool does not “pull” the hand during long series of crimps.
