Fitting crimping set with 18 V / 2 Ah battery

The ROMAX COMPACT III crimper is an electro‑hydraulic tool designed for systematic crimping of fittings in sanitary, heating and water installations. It operates on a constant‑force principle – Constant Force Technology (CFT) ensures that the pressure throughout the entire crimping cycle remains unchanged, guaranteeing repeatable and durable connections without the risk of over‑ or under‑crimping.

The set includes three SV‑profile jaws – 15 mm, 22 mm and 28 mm – which accommodate metal pipes up to Ø 35 mm and plastics up to Ø 40 mm. Each cycle lasts only 3 seconds, greatly speeding up work on site, especially when many connections are required.

The device weighs 2.5 kg and is about 34 cm long, and its centre of gravity is perfectly balanced – this means the hand does not fatigue even during prolonged installation in awkward positions. The head rotates 360°, facilitating access to fittings in tight spaces.

Smart integration and work comfort

The crimper is connected – thanks to the ROTHENBERGER App by CONNECTIVITY you can collect real‑time data: crimp time, force, fitting number, installation location. Protocols are generated automatically on‑site, simplifying documentation and installation audits.

The Li‑Power 18 V / 2 Ah battery is compatible with the AMPShare (Powered by Bosch) system – it can be swapped with other tools of the same system. The charger is ready for use on the European (EU) mains.

Everything is packed in the portable ROCASE case, which protects the equipment during transport and organizes the jaws and battery in one place.
