Set of 4 MAXIPRO jaws 1/4-5/8" in a ROCASE case 1000003581
Innovative flameless pressing system for the HVAC industry
The ROTHENBERGER Conex Bänninger >B< MaxiPro jaw set eliminates the need for an open flame during installation, offering a safer and more economical alternative to traditional soldering methods.
The lack of a need for a torch or gas cylinder minimizes the risk of fire and eliminates the need for room ventilation during installation work.
Precise design and system compatibility
The set contains four specialized jaws with diameters of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8", each dedicated to specific pipe dimensions in the Conex Bänninger >B< MaxiPro system. The jaws are made of proven material.
Compatibility includes press tools with a pressing force of 32-34 kN. Each jaw features a precisely shaped geometry adapted to the profile of >B< MaxiPro fittings.
The entire set is housed in a professional ROCASE 4414 transport case, which protects the tools from damage and features contoured sockets matched to the shape of each jaw.
Reliable sealing thanks to 3-point pressing technology
The key advantage of the >B< MaxiPro system is the three-point pressing technology, which creates a durable and reliable connection.
This design eliminates the risk of leakage even under long-term exposure to the variable temperatures and pressures typical for refrigeration installations. The connection maintains its properties throughout the entire service life of the system.
Economic and practical benefits for the installer
The flameless system eliminates the costs of consumables such as solder, flux, or fuel gases. The lack of a need to heat components significantly shortens installation time compared to traditional soldering methods.
The installer does not need to worry about the appropriate torch temperature or heating time - the process is fully mechanically controlled by the pressing force of the press tool. This translates to a lower number of installation errors, as every connection receives the identical pressing force.
Additionally, the absence of an open flame allows for work in areas with higher fire safety classes and eliminates the risk of accidental damage to thermal insulation elements.
