The TH20 crimping ring is a reliable element of the fitting crimping system for plastic (MLC) fittings, designed by ROTHENBERGER. It is a key component for professionals, but will also be useful in the hands of an experienced DIY enthusiast. Its versatility results from compatibility with most fixed-stroke axial crimpers of 19 kN or 32 kN available on the market, equipped with appropriate jaw mounts.

Made of durable special steel, the TH20 ring ensures long-lasting and reliable operation. DURA LAZR TEC® technology – a unique process of partial laser hardening – increases the hardness of the ring by 40% and doubles the number of crimping cycles compared to standard solutions. This translates to less wear and longer life, which is particularly important with intensive use. Additional corrosion protection guarantees resistance to external factors, ensuring stable operating parameters for a long time.

Comfort and functionality

The design of the ring has been thought out in terms of ease of use. The locking position allows for one-handed positioning on the fitting, and a 180° rotation provides free adjustment of the crimper position. Compatibility with Compact and Standard intermediate jaws increases the flexibility of the system, allowing adaptation to different types of installations. The TH20 ring is designed for pipes with a diameter of 20 to 35 mm and has a TH profile code, ensuring precise and tight connections.
