Precision and versatility in every detail

The TM5SAI2PH module provides configuration flexibility thanks to the ability to connect two independent inputs for Pt100/Pt1000 resistive sensors in the temperature range from -200°C to 850°C. The high 16-bit resolution guarantees a measurement accuracy of 0.1°C. The use of a spring-type connector facilitates and speeds up assembly and ensures a secure electrical connection. The module is compatible with Modicon M258 and LMC058 controllers, allowing integration with existing automation systems.

Safety and reliability in harsh conditions

The module's design was created with safety and reliability in mind. It has isolation between the channel and the bus with a voltage of 500V AC, which minimizes the risk of interference and damage. It also meets UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 142 and IEC 61131-2 standards, confirming its compliance with international safety standards. Operation in an ambient temperature from 0°C to 55°C (without performance degradation) or up to 60°C (with performance degradation) and high resistance to vibration and shock make the module perfect for demanding industrial conditions. Power consumption at 1.11W minimizes the impact on the energy consumption of the entire system.
