This Altistart 22 soft starter is a solution designed for effective control of asynchronous motors in industrial and infrastructure applications. The device limits inrush currents, which translates to a longer service life for the motor and the entire installation. It is compatible with network connections and delta connections, offering flexibility in application – from simple pumps to more complex machines such as screw compressors or conveyors.

Functionality and construction

The ATS22 is characterized by a built-in contactor (bypass) that minimizes energy losses and reduces heating of components after the start-up phase. Integrated motor overload protection provides an additional level of protection. Adjustable starting torque allows for precise adjustment of start-up parameters to the specifics of the load.
