Distribution block – branch for Al/Cu wires

The SCB 25-2 distribution block is a single-pole solution from the SIMBLOCK series, designed for safe connection and distribution of aluminum (Al) and copper (Cu) wires. This product finds application in demanding industrial installations, commercial buildings, and modern low-voltage switchboards operating at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V AC/DC. It is a solid and compact device that facilitates the creation of safe and reliable electrical connections.

Construction and parameters

The SCB 25-2 block features a well-thought-out design. Wires are tightened with two screws, ensuring a stable and secure connection and even pressure on the conductor. This eliminates the risk of wires loosening and increases the reliability of the system during long-term operation. The block supports aluminum and copper wires with a cross-section of 2.5–25 mm² (solid) and 1.5–16 mm² (stranded with ferrule). The rated current for aluminum connections is 152A, and for copper connections 100A.
