Functionality and configuration options

The sensor uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect motion. It has an adjustable detection angle in the horizontal plane (120°) and the ability to adjust the twilight sensitivity (2-2000 lx), allowing it to be adapted to specific lighting conditions. This ensures that the sensor only reacts when necessary – for example, turning on the light after dark when someone approaches the building. The adjustable on-time from 8 seconds to 35 minutes allows you to tailor the sensor's operation to your individual preferences. A bridging switch simplifies integration with existing electrical installations.

Robust construction and protection against the elements

The housing made of durable thermoplastic provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The IP54 degree of protection guarantees protection against splashing water and dust, allowing the sensor to be mounted outdoors. In addition, the material is halogen-free, increasing safety. A detection range of up to 10 meters provides a wide monitoring area. The optimal mounting height is 2 meters, but the adjustment range of the vertical (0-180°) and horizontal (0-60°) angle allows for precise positioning of the sensor even in difficult conditions. The maximum switching power is 500W, and the maximum switching current is 120A – allowing control of various types of loads, including LED and fluorescent lamps.
