Versatility and flexibility in applications
The controller offers a wide range of inputs and outputs, making it a versatile tool in many industries. 12 digital inputs allow for receiving signals from sensors and external devices, while 2 analog inputs enable measurement of continuous variables such as temperature or pressure. 4 relay outputs and 4 transistor outputs provide control of various actuators, and 2 analog outputs allow for precise value regulation. Additionally, 4 transistor outputs expand the control capabilities.
The integrated HMI panel with a color QVGA TFT display (256 colors) provides a clear and intuitive user interface. The ability to display graphic files (GIF, JPG, BMP) and support for screen variables (up to 255 per screen) allows for creating transparent and functional operator panels. The IP65 protection rating (from the front) guarantees reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions.
Functionality and expandability
The Vision350 controller is characterized by a rich set of software functions, including ladder language support, PID controllers with auto-tuning function, and high-speed counters (up to 10 kHz). Built-in RS232/485 ports enable communication with other devices, and an optional Ethernet port expands network capabilities. Thanks to the built-in microSD card slot, data storage and transfer are easy. Additionally, the controller supports Modbus master/slave and CANbus (option) protocols, increasing its compatibility with various automation systems. Real-time clock and battery-backed memory (up to 7 years) ensure reliable device operation for a long time.
