This Unitronics Vision350 PLC controller combines process control functionality with an intuitive operator interface. Equipped with a 3.5-inch color touchscreen HMI panel, it enables efficient monitoring and control of the application. The device is particularly useful in industrial applications where reliability and ease of use are required.

Flexibility and versatility

The controller offers configurable inputs and outputs, adapting to diverse automation needs. The V350-J-T2 model has 10 digital inputs, 2 digital/analog inputs (accepting 0-10 Vdc and 0/4-20 mA signals) and 12 transistor outputs. This configuration allows control of various types of devices and processes, from simple applications to more complex automation systems. The ability to expand via an expansion port increases system flexibility, enabling support for up to 512 additional inputs/outputs.

Functionality and programming

The controller supports programming in ladder logic, making it easier for people familiar with this PLC programming method. It has a built-in program memory with a capacity of 1MB, as well as a real-time clock with memory backup for 7 years thanks to a battery. The built-in microSD card reader enables easy copying and updating of programs and data archiving. PID controllers with auto-tuning function and fast counters (up to 10 kHz) are also available. Support for Modbus master/slave communication protocols and optionally CANbus and Profibus ensures integration with other devices and systems.
