This controller combines the functionality of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with the convenience of a built-in HMI operator panel. Functionality and Capabilities
The controller offers 10 dual-state inputs 12/24 VDC, allowing connection of various sensors and signals. An additional analog input (0-10V or 0/4-20mA) enables reading of variable values, such as temperature or pressure. Device control is performed using 6 relay outputs, which provide high switching power. Two RS232/485 communication ports open the way to integration with other systems and devices in a Modbus Master/Slave network.
The built-in monochrome graphic panel with a resolution of 128x64 pixels (2.4 inches) allows visualization of processes, monitoring of parameters and interactive system operation. This gives the operator full control over the device without the need for an external computer. The panel has 16 function keys for quick access to the most important functions.
Memory and Programming
The controller has a large program memory with a capacity of 448 KB, allowing for the implementation of complex control algorithms. The ability to define up to 4096 coils, 2048 registers, and the use of counters and timers provides flexibility in creating applications tailored to specific needs. A large data table (120 KB of dynamic data and 192 KB of read-only data) enables storage and processing of large amounts of information. The IP65/NEMA4X protection degree (from the front) ensures resistance to dust and moisture ingress, which is particularly important in industrial environments. A memory backup battery guarantees a lifespan of up to 7 years at a temperature of 25°C.
