PLC controller with a built-in 2.4-inch HMI panel is a compact solution for industrial process automation. The device combines the functionality of a programmable controller with an intuitive operator interface, enabling efficient management and monitoring of machine or installation operation.
This model offers 20 digital inputs, allowing connection of various sensors and signals. Two analog-to-digital inputs (I D/A) expand the controller's capabilities, enabling control of devices requiring an analog signal. Additionally, 8 relay outputs (RO) provide reliable control of loads with varying power.
The controller's design is designed for durability and resistance to industrial conditions. The protection degree of IP65/NEM4X (from the front) guarantees protection against dust and water jets, making it an ideal solution for applications in harsh environments. A monochrome, graphical LCD STN display with a resolution of 128 x 64 pixels and a diagonal of 2.4 inches provides a clear image even in low light conditions. Operation using 16 buttons facilitates configuration and operation of the device.
The built-in controller memory allows storing up to 448 KB of program, which is sufficient to implement complex control algorithms. The ability to use 4096 coils, 2048 registers, 256 long integers (32 bit), 64 double words (32 bit unsigned), 24 floats, and 192 timers (32 bit) provides great flexibility in creating applications. Additionally, there is memory for dynamic data (120 KB) and read-only data (192 KB). The device is powered by 24VDC, and a backup battery ensures long-term operation even in the event of a power failure – its lifespan is estimated at 7 years at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.
