The Unistream B10 5" T24 PLC controller with a built-in HMI panel is a versatile device that combines the functionality of a programmable controller with an intuitive operator panel. Functionality and flexibility

This model offers 10 digital inputs (sink/source), 2 analog inputs (0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 12-bit resolution) and 12 transistor outputs, including 2 fast PWM outputs up to 3 kHz. The controller allows for supporting up to 2048 I/O points. The built-in 5-inch touchscreen with resistive touch technology ensures comfortable operation and durability.

Communication and programming

The controller offers a wide range of communication possibilities, including Ethernet/IP Scanner/Adapter, Modbus TCP/IP Client/Server, VNC Client/Server and many other protocols. Programming is done in the free UniLogic environment, which allows for simultaneous creation of PLC logic, HMI visualization design and configuration of additional modules. This simplifies and streamlines the application creation process. The ability to expand with additional local or remote I/O increases system flexibility.

Construction and technical parameters

The device operates with a 24VDC power supply (range 20.4VDC - 28.8VDC) and has Ethernet, USB host, CANbus, RS485 and RS232 ports. RAM memory is 1GB, and ROM 1MB. A microSD or microSDHC card can be used to store data. The controller has a built-in battery backing up the memory (CR2032), which ensures its retention for approximately 4 years at room temperature. The enclosure protection class is IP66 (front) and IP20 (rear). The device meets UL, CE, UKCE and EAC standards, guaranteeing its safety and compliance with market requirements.
