This PLC controller integrated with a 7-inch Unistream B5 HMI panel is a compact and efficient device, ideal for a wide range of applications in industrial automation. It combines logical control and process visualization functions, offering intuitive operation and reliability. It will work in both simple applications and more complex systems requiring expansion.

Functionality and capabilities

The device offers a rich set of inputs and outputs, allowing connection of various sensors and actuators. It has 14 isolated digital inputs (configurable as source or receiver), 2 isolated analog inputs (0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA) and 8 relay outputs. Additionally, there are 2 analog outputs (0-10V, +/-10V, 0-20mA). Equipped with 512MB RAM, 3GB System ROM and 1GB User ROM allows for storing advanced control programs.

Communication and expansion

The controller provides wide communication possibilities, including Ethernet and USB host/device ports. It supports popular communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP and CANopen, which facilitates integration with other devices and systems. The ability to expand with additional I/O modules allows increasing the number of input/output points to as many as 2048. This makes the device flexible and can be adapted to changing application needs.

Intuitive operation and programming

The controller is programmed using UniLogic® software, which is characterized by an intuitive interface and ease of use. The 7-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels provides a clear image and convenient operation of the HMI interface. The ability to add Unicloud extends the device's functionality with remote access and monitoring.
