The Unitronics Unistream B5 T24 PLC controller is a versatile device combining the functionality of a programmable controller with an intuitive HMI panel. Functionality and flexibility

This model offers 10 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs (configurable 0-10V or 0(4)-20mA) and 12 transistor outputs, including 2 PWM outputs for precise control with a frequency of up to 3 kHz. This makes the controller suitable for a variety of automation applications. The ability to expand with additional I/O modules, such as EtherCAT Master, Modbus RTU Master/Slave or CANopen Master, ensures system scalability and adaptation to changing needs.

Communication and programming

The Unistream B5 T24 controller provides a wide range of communication possibilities, including Ethernet/IP Scanner/Adapter, Modbus TCP/IP Client/Server and support for protocols such as VNC Client/Server, SNMP v3, MQTT Client or OPC UA Server. Programming is done in the free UniLogic environment, which allows simultaneous configuration of PLC logic, HMI visualization and diagnostics of connected devices. Additionally, the controller supports the UniCloud cloud, allowing for remote monitoring and control of processes. Support for IO-Link technology enables integration of intelligent sensors and optimization of production processes.
